   【Abstract】 Arrhythmia is one of the most common type of cardiovascular diseases among community groups with high morbidity and mortality. As the general term for a group of heterogeneous diseasesdifferent arrhythmias have different impacts on patients. Thereforepotentially high-risk patients should not be missedwhile the treatment of low-risk patients should not be excessive. This article introduces treatment principles of common arrhythmias in communities in order to provide the reference for doctors at the grass-roots level to quickly identify and handle common arrhythmias in communities.

   【Abstract Parkinson's diseasePD is a common neurodegenerative disease. The major pathological changes of PD are abnormal aggregation of α-synuclein in the substantia nigra. Howeverin recent yearsmore and more studies have found that the enteric nervous system also has α-synuclein abnormal aggregation except the brain. The microbiota-gut-brain axis is the bidirectional communication system between the central nervous system and the gastrointestinal tract and involves neural pathwaysimmune and endocrine mechanisms. The enteric nervous system may spread α-synuclein through the vagus nerve to the central nervous systemso many scholars believe that PD may initially originate from the gastric-intestinal tract. In this papera brief review about the studies of the role of microbiota-gut-brain axis in the pathogenesis of PD in recent years will help us to explain the potential pathogenesis and some clinical features of PD. It may provide a new direction for the diagnosis and treatment of PD.

   【Abstract】 Ventricular-arterial coupling refers to a matching relationship between cardiac function and peripheral vessels. The heart still can provide adequate blood for peripheral organs even in pathological conditions by adjusting the matching arterial properties. At presentthe researches on ventricular-arterial coupling mainly focus on the field of cardiac diseasespulmonary diseases and circulatory shock. This paper summarizes the research progress on the mechanism of ventricular-arterial coupling and its influencing factors in above fields.

   【Abstract】 MicroRNAsmiRNAs belong to a class of evolutionarily conserved non-coding endogenous small RNAswhich can post-transcriptionally regulate gene expression via specific binding to target gene 3' untranslated regionand participate in multiple physiological and pathological processes in the body. RecentlymiRNAs have been found to play an important role in myocardial fibrosiscardiomyocyte hypertrophy as well as apoptosis. BesidesmiRNAs are involved in the occurrence and development of heart failureand can be used as a kind of new biomarkers in the diagnosistreatment and prognosis for heart failurethus are expected to be a new potential therapeutic target. Consequentlythe recent advances in miRNAs related to heart failure was reviewed in this paperproviding a novel therapeutic method for cardiovascular disease.

   【Abstracts Objective To explore the related influencing factors associated with brain atrophyBA in elderly patients. Methods The enrolled participants were patients aged60 years old who received inpatient treatment in Department of NeurologyZichuan District Hospital from October 2013 to October 2014. All the patients measured the blood glucoseGlu),triglycerideTG),total cholesterolTC),high-density lipoprotein cholesterolHDL-C and low-density lipoprotein cholesterolLDL-C),and based on the measurement results received hypoglycemic and lipid-lowering therapiesas well as underwent brain MRI. The prevalence of BA was assessed in accordance with the brain MRI results. Those with BA and those without were assigned to BA groupand non-BA grouprespectively. Baseline characteristics such as genderagediagnosis as well as laboratory findings were compared between the two groups. Ordinal logistic regression analysis was carried out to explore the factors associated with BA scores. Results Two groups demonstrated significant differences in the baseline characteristicsP<0.05)(except TG and HDL-C. Ordinal Logistic regression analysis showed that sexOR=2.77695%CI1.7544.393),P<0.05〕,ageOR=1.14295%CI1.1081.176),P<0.05〕,diagnosis OR=3.71795%CI1.5708.811),P<0.05〕,and levels of LDL-COR=0.51095%CI0.3040.856),P<0.05were the associated factors of BA scores in elderly patients. Conclusion Maleolder agehistory of ischemic strokeand decreased LDL-C level may be the independent risk factors for high BA score.

   【Abstract】 Objective To explore the influence of Individual Computer Magnanimous TherapyICMT on brain wave test results and Hospital Anxiety and Depression ScaleHADS among lung cancer patients. Methods According to the enrollment criteria of this studywe recruited 82 cases of lung cancer who received treatment in the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangdong Pharmaceutical University from January 2015 to March 2017 and divided them into the experimental group and control group with 41 cases in each based on the matched case-control study design. Both groups received conventional antineoplaston therapythe experimental group additionally received ICMT. Brain wave values(α,β,θ and SMR wave),scores of HADS and its subscales were compared before treatment and 2 weeks after treatment between the two groups. Correlations of brain wave values of the experimental group(α,β,θ and SMR wave with HADS scores were analyzed. Results After receiving treatmentcompared with the control groupthe experimental group demonstrated much higher
